Starlight green eggers are a mixed breed bird and as such come in a wide variety of colors and patterns and are not limited to the images displayed. Starlights can have all different combs and skin color. Although they have been bred to lay a perfectly green egg, not every bird or every hatch has that same result. Egg colors can vary from green to olive to blue to brown.

*Starlight’s are best with a free range life and prefer not to be confined during the day.
**They are not social and don’t like being touched.

Personal Note: As with everything on my website I am very honest with my thoughts on farm topics. So I have to tell you that I do not recommend this breed and I would not offer it if people didn’t want it and I think people only want it because of the catchy name. They are always ill-tempered, attack pen walls and attack me. I understand you may really want a green egg but this is the only chicken that has ever given me scars on my arms. The only alternative I have to offer is the Olives may lay a greenish egg.
