I don't get paid for spending an hour on the phone talking to someone about different breeds and then they don't purchase any. I can't spend another hour talking to someone who bought birds somewhere else and they all got sick and died and you are sad and want to talk about it. I don't want to interrupt a customer that is here so I can answer the phone for someone who doesn't want to Google directions. I will not take another hour from my family to speak to someone when we are closed to discuss things that are clearly explained on the website if they just tried to look. I can't do it anymore.
