No returns are accepted on any items, and refunds are never offered on anything.

Health Guarantees

All sales are excluded from any guarantees unless specifically stated otherwise. My farm is National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP) certified (Approval #115). Large fowl chicks are vaccinated for Marek's and Coccidia, and I stand by the health of any birds sold.

• Birds under 8 weeks old: Come with a 3-day live guarantee. If a chick passes within 3 days, I will replace it. NO REFUNDS. Email hotchicks@koopscoops.com. This replacement offer is strictly limited to a one-time replacement. If you have problems with the replacements, I am not replacing them again. You should purchase older birds next time.
• Birds over 8 weeks old: Please contact me for options. NO REFUNDS.

Exclusions

• Straight Run Birds: Baby geese, guineas, ducks, bantams, and turkeys are all straight run and have zero guarantees. These babies do not come with the 3-day live guarantee or the hen guarantee.
• Incorrect Breed/Egg Color: If you are accidentally sold an incorrect breed, or if the bird does not lay the expected color egg, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

If you have a health issue with a recently purchased bird, please email me just so I am aware of the situation. Understand that I am not a vet and cannot diagnose, evaluate, or suggest any conditions or medications.
