All orders have a pickup date or range listed on them. If you do not pickup by the pickup date the order will be cancelled, the birds will be sold and the deposit will be forfeited. READ MY POLICIES
DO NOT SCHEDULE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED ORDER AND PICKUP DATE.
Appointments are not a confirmation of anything except that you came here and made an appointment. Everything is automated and automatically approved. I most likely won’t even know you had an appointment until after it occurs. Appointments are an attempt to not have everyone show up at the same time.
If there are no times available in your approved date range, please email me at headclucker@koopscoops.com and I will adjust the order pickup date or allow for a separate appointment time. If you do not email me, the change will not be approved and this will cause a problem.
